For every purchase a
shopper makes at Ladies Night Out, they will receive a chance to win a spa
package for two from The Wellness Center, valued at $240!
By bringing their sales receipts to the door prize table, they will receive one
entry for each receipt. If you don't have receipts, the library will be happy to
provide them for you.

To be a vendor: · Registration fee for main floor booth space is $30 for an eight-foot rectangular table or a 72 inch round table. Each additional space is $20. · Registration fee for Art Gallery booth space is $25 for a six foot rectangular table. Each additional space is $20. · Space is available on a first come, first served basis. You will have the opportunity to choose your own space. To see the available spaces, go to www.kendallvillelibrary.org. Space will be available in library meeting rooms “A” and “B” (main floor, off the lobby), the Art Gallery (lower level, accessible by elevator or stairs from the lobby) and just inside the circulation area of the library. Check back daily for an update on the spaces that are available. · Specific vendors will not be duplicated (i.e., Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, etc.)Similar vendors may be allowed (i.e., jewelry vendors not from the same company). · Registration fee must be paid within seven days of contacting the library to reserve your space. If payment is not received in that time, the space will once again be available to others. · We request that you donate a door prize for the event (please bring with you the day of the event). · The library will provide a vendor lounge with light snacks and drinks. · Set-up will be available beginning at 4:00 p.m. If earlier set-up is needed, please make a specific request. Tear-down must be complete by 10:00 p.m. · Art gallery vendors may unload at the garage door on the north side of the building, while all main floor vendors may unload at the library’s front door.

A unique advertising opportunity for your business...
If you are unable to participate in the Ladies Night Out Event on September 18th,you don’t have to miss out on this great advertising opportunity. For just $10 per business, or donation of a themed basket to be included in the library’s silent auction, the library will advertise your business during Ladies Night Out. Your logo, business card or ad will be included on a rotating PowerPoint presentation on flat-screen monitors throughout the library, on the library’s website during the Ladies Night Out promotional period and on the brochure that’s handed out to shoppers as they arrive. A table will also be available for you to display business information or promotional items.
