Support the Library

Kroger Community Rewards

Those who shop at Kroger, Scott’s or Owen’s can use their Kroger Plus Card to donate to the Kendallville Public Library. The library is a member of Kroger Community Rewards. Shoppers can go online to, and sign in or create an account. They can then  link their Plus Card to the Kendallville Public Library (can be searched by name or found by entering code 59848). Then, each time they use their Kroger Plus Card at one of the Kroger family of stores, the Kendallville Public Library will receive a quarterly donation, based on their spending. It's easy to participate, and the Kendallville Public Library will use the funds collected to enhance programming and services for all ages. Anyone who needs assistance linking their Kroger Plus Card is encouraged to stop by the Kendallville or Limberlost Public Libraries. The staff will be happy to assist them.

Our Caps, Your Cause

The library is participating in Prairie Farms' Our Caps Your Cause fundraiser! It is a simple and easy way for us to raise money for our Adult Services Department and keep up with the events, activities and helpful service that you're used to.

It's easy to participate! Begin by purchasing Prairie Farms white or flavored milk in gallon or half gallon sizes. Peel off the cap sticker to reveal a unique, redeemable code. Go to and click Enter Cap Codes. From the drop down menu, select Kendallville Public Library, then enter your codes (up to 5 at a time). Click the Redeem Codes button. That’s it!

For every code redeemed, Prairie Farms will donate 5 cents to the library. Thanks for participating!

Planet Green

You can help the library in two ways! Drop off inkjets cartridges, cell phones and small electronics and the value of those recyclables goes to our organization. You can also use the Planet Green link to shop for refilled printer cartridges, and we will receive a 15% donation from Planet Green!

Library Foundation

The Foundation for the Kendallville Public Library manages an endowment fund. The group collects donations and raises money to be added to this fund. Periodically, the interest is given back to the library to pay for needed programs, equipment and capital projects.

Friends of the Library

This organization supports the library through volunteering and fundraising. Quarterly book sales and membership fees generate funds that are donated back to the library to support programs and services.

Volunteer at the Library

Volunteering at the library is a great way to get involved in your community! There are a variety of volunteer positions available in all departments.
